Known Issues & Current Bugs

Welcome to the Known Issues page for our software. Here, you will find an up-to-date list of reported bugs and issues that may affect your experience. I am actively working to resolve these problems, and I aim to provide updates and fixes as quickly as possible. I encourage you to review the details of each issue to understand potential workarounds and temporary solutions.

The MatchTracker web application is now available at https://app.matchtracker.ch, with core features such as logging in and subscribing to teams now functioning on Apple’s Safari browser too.

Error

  • match result customization using the ChatGPT form has not been implemented yet.

Note

  • A website redesign is currently underway. The new version, including multi-language support and try-out feature, is expected to be released end of October.

App-specific Features in Progress:

  • include helpful hints to assist users in better understanding how it works.
  • offer a feature to send a test match report.
  • support a custom ChatGPT prompt feature.

Resolved

  • saved language preference on Profile page is not shown.
  • On small viewports, such as smartphones with the sidebar expanded, the team names are not displayed on “IC Teams” page and cut off on “Subscriptions” page.
  • The pluralization of “subscriptions” in text on the subscription page is not functioning correctly based on the actual number (0/1 or more than 1) of subscriptions.
  • The “Login/Logout” button may not always display the correct login status in some situations.
  • On desktop, the names of Teams may overlap at certain viewport sizes.
  • On Safari browser (iPhone), the subscription process for Teams is currently not functioning correctly.
  • Sending match reports is now more reliable: A new Notification table tracks already sent reports, ensuring that each user receives a match report only once.
  • Match result scripts have been optimized for improved speed and stability.
